Delivery Policy
We are now closed for Christmas.. Orders placed directly on our website will only be dispatched within 2 working days after we re-open on the 3rd Jan 2022.

Standard UK mainland delivery – 3 to 5 working days.
Fees - Free on all orders. No minimum order required.​

All orders are sent by track and trace method. You will receive an email confirmation along with tracking number when the order has been dispatched. The progress of your order can be found through your Applause of Brighton account. A signature will be required upon receiving the purchase.

All delivery times are estimates and subject to the terms and conditions of the courier.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchange on all purchases made directly on our website only. You have up to 30 days from receipt of your order to request a refund. The unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of confirmed return/exchange. Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. The item must be returned in its original condition, including packaging.
In accordance with EU’s consumer law, if your order has been returned to us in full, you will receive full refund for the cost of the goods and for the initial postage. Initial postage cost will not be refunded unless all items are returned.
